How to exchange & what should I pay attention to

1. Submit your application on the website at least 3 days (excluding the national holidays) prior to your arrival, you will receive a E-MAIL notice or you can check it in your profile once your application is confirmed by the hotel. Then the points needed will be deduct from your points account.

2. There are no points any more for the room exchanged with points

3. Exchange points for room is not available during Canton Fair

4. Your application can be modified or cancelled but you should inform the hotel at least one working day prior to your arrival TEL: + 86 757 82986080

5. There is no invoice for the gifts/rooms/service exchanged with points
